Information:
The Globe Inn was purchased in mid 2007 and remained closed whilst a planning application was submitted.
Planning consent was granted at the end of 2007 and extensive refurbishment will commence in mid 2008. The work will include the complete refurbishment of the building along with a large rear extension providing a new dining space, a new kitchen, and new customer and staff WCs. Additional parking and an extensive beer garden and patio with outside seating has also been approved. The existing 4 small bar areas will be retained.
Beer Range
- The Globe will stock a range of Allgates draught cask ales along with draught lagers, a range of bottled lagers, spirits, and fine wines.
